The staff is very polite and exceptionally nice. The breakfast has incredible options with different tastes, freshly made food, including omelettes.- The hotel has a central location in the mountains.

The rooms and general layout of the hotel was very well presented, fresh and clean.

We have 2young children, they and I are vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for an evening meal to eat which is unacceptable for a hotel rated 5star.

Excellent location and a fabulous hotel. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were of a very high standard and had air conditioning. Each room has a great big balcony.would highly recommend hotel rysy to anybody visiting zakopane. Excellent value for the price we paid.No single occupancy supplement was charged for rooms.

Great location, very close to a museum. Also not too far from Krakow and the city center. The hotel is pretty spacious and comes with a balcony for some fresh air 🌿.

1) Poor stuff that almost do not speak english 2) Variety of 2-3 warm dishes was offered for a brekfast which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel 3) Was very cold inside of the rooms 4) One of the mornings there was no heating at all and no hot water 5) We haven't been able even to talk to the management, as they were not in place 6) No gym, no swimming pool, just a nice design 7) Massage that is offered is done by the same stuff that is cleaning the room, serving the breakfast, etc Pure 3 star hotel... though we believe most of the 3 star hotels offer better facilities

Nice and peaceful room with a balcony 🌿, they even have tea bags! the bathroom is also spot on.

The hotel structure is quite new and comfortable.

Service quality is not aligned with a 5 stars hotel standard. There is not a room service, a porter for the baggages, bar service is not continuous, no dedicated bar staff, etc.. Apparently the management is done in a family style, but it is not enough for a 5 stars hotel. Nothing to complain about the kindness of people, but the quality of their work and the professionality is not adequate to the expectations for a 5 stars. Being in a ski resort town the furnitures of the Hotel are too modern and appear to be cold. Thanks

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located very close to the city center and the main street in the old city. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent, with staff ready to help at all times. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with the option to order eggs and coffee of any kind. I also appreciated the free parking and the flexibility of checking out later.

The hotel was very close to the funicular cable car up the mountain. the breakfast was the best and great, really enjoyed this place. Rewritten: the hotel had a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. - It was conveniently located near the funicular cable car to the mountain. - the breakfast was absolutely delicious, I truly loved my stay at this place.

Great location on quiet street but still close to main mall. Staff very helpful - printing boarding passes, checking train schedules etc for me. Their English was good. Room and bathroom nice, immaculately presented. Bed large and comfortable. Free WIFI fast. Included breakfast very tasty. Overall, excellent experience.

The customer service was great and the room was spacious with a balcony, making for a comfortable stay.
